Development:
Senior Visual Foxpro programmer
Under the guidance of our Commercial Products supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for Level 2 tasks while managing Level 1 and level 2 teams.
Level 1
- Ensure communication between clients and our internal IT, Technical and Sales teams.
- Provide technical support for existing clients.
- Be responsible for querries submitted by clients and software related problem solving tasks.
- Update and maintain internal systems to guarantee effective communication between all the departmentsli>
- The position will report directly to the Commercial Products supervisor.
- This level requires the highest knowledge of set-up and configuration settings for LABsys.
Level 2
- Responsible for all modifications as requested by clients, sales and technical departments.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding updates and requests.
- Work in conjunction with the Technical Department in analyzing client requests.
- May work with Level 1 on selective key projects.
- This position will require a minimum level of knowledge on LABsys.
- This position will report directly to the Commercial Products supervisor.
The ideal candidate will be able to handle pressure, possess good analytical skills and demonstrate a keen sense of innovation for problem solving.
